On foot mobility too slow after update

Do you like the walking/running speed after the update? For me it feels too bulky and slow, worse than BF3 or BF4 and even Rainbow Six Siege. You feel like a sitting duck if you have to cross a road to get to cover. Especially on Redsec. I think what the community meant with mobility nerf was jump shooting, sliding and bunny hopping.
