Simple answer: They don't.

Even more simple answer: they play the crap out of it, and yet there always will be a bunch of whiners complaining about something in such a dramatic way as if every little thing is a total catastrophe. You can't make a game that will please everyone. Give them more compact maps? "Oh, these maps are too small, CoD this, CoD that". Give them big maps? "Oh, I don't like to run for 5 minutes before getting killed". No Little Bird? "Give us our favorite heli back". Little Bird added? "Oh, this heli is a legal cheat, remove it". Etc, etc, etc, ad nauseam.

Bottom line, the game has 2 major problems, which is lack of actually big maps (although Season 2 made a huge step forward in terms of quality of the new map) and hit registration. Pretty much every other complaint is a nitpicky whining and nothing else.

desync, SBMM, lobbies full of bots

I think the other complaints are quite valid actually.

Players like you defended BF 2042... which somehow managed to be worse than BF: Hardline. No one is **bleep** on a "new game." We are **bleep** on a game that came out months ago that has gotten progressively worse in terms of gameplay.

A quick 30 second google search shows you that SBMM, bots, and desync are plaguing this game and it has all started since the winter update. 

Cope all you want but reddit, youtube, and the internet at large (including this forum) beg to differ.

The game has died. Season 2 still has hit-reg issues. Sbmm is horrible. **bleep** cheaters telling players git gud when they have already been exposed for cheating. The report system not working. And now rumors of bf7 in the developing stages. As a result of not listening to the bf community, the player count has dropped.
