Online multiplayer Player Character with dreadlocks

I was playing conquest and I came across a player with DREADLOCKS is this a mod skin? I wish I took a picture of it. But I kid you not I have to follow the guy to the car and get inside the car and through the objective and through the ladder to get up and get a real look at the character with DREADLOCKS! I checked all over the internet about this skin I couldn’t find anything about it.
