Out of Bounds Timer on Manhattan Bridge

Increase the god awful out of bounds timer from 5 seconds to at least 10 to give you a half chance to get back in the zone when flying in the helicopter. You've made the boundaries on the map so tight it's very difficult to stay in the zones when taking fire. As with all the maps having tight boundaries, please widen them to allow for flanks instead of having capture points nestled right up to them, Blackwell fields being the worst by far!
