Patrol boat feel awufuel on controller

I know that the waves in the deeper ocean are supposto be more rough but even the basics like driving turning not even that far from shore feels awufuel and then there is the motars why is it trowing me like 300m away from the target even when i give it gentle push all of my other sensitivitys are are working fine but the patrol boat is just not fun to play at all
