It's not the account they will ban. it's the billing info account they will ban. So any game attached to say that Paypal, or CC. banned. They can and do ban funding sources.

Our son went ape S with our CC one year. Spent WAY to much. They wouldn't refund so I did the chargeback. EVERY account and game that, that funding source was attached to got banned.
