As a console player, I agree that PC players should have the choice to turn off crossplay. I think the problem you will continue to have is the PC players that use controllers (assuming they gain the help that consoles receive).

I use a controller on PC, and I can't tell there is aim assist.

The MnK players talking like we have aimbot just aren’t that good at the game. I have 2 buddies that were life long controller players switch to MnK after season 1 and their stats have increased and they both say it’s much easier on MnK. I’m considering switching I just feel like it will be like patting my head and rubbing my stomach at the same time lol. The aim assist screws my shots up more than it helps. especially with multiple enemies near by

Exactly, the reason people dont like playing cross play is not because of consoles gamers, but because of controllers. Controllers use to not be a big deal and in the old days had WAY less aim assist. But designing everything for the lowest common demoninator has resulted in making it easier for casuals that would otherwise get rolled by anyone that plays regularly let alone the sweaty ones. I know people hate sbmm, but sigh... to show my age. Halo 2 and i'm sure halo3 use to let you rank up, and you could play with people up or down a few ranks. it was fun, left enough wiggle that games felt good and not too sweaty. So you got a consistent experience and nobody was wondering why they were fighting hard or not. now, you can be terrible and the aim assist will do the heavy lifting. If it didnt, people with 7k dollar pc's wouldnt be using controllers. Aim assist needs to go away in FPS games, or be extremely nerfed back to a little help, and not something that has created a generation of kids that think they are fps gods, when in reality they have training wheels on.
