Performance/Telemetry very SMALL text size at 4K. Any way to scale the size up?

Is there a way to scale or increase the text size of the performance/telemetry (fps, gpu and cpu usage) information when activated in the settings menus? I see the green text information on the top right, I play at 4K resolution (3840x2160) on an LG CX OLED and the text is absolutely MINISCULE. I can't read the text data whatsoever.

Any way to make the text larger?
