PHANTOM AD ON MISSING

After the BF6 install the Phantom add on was purchased through the PS store, the add on would not download, the purchase shows up on my account and when you try to re purchase it the message from the PS store says you already own this content and it it unavailable.  

Re installed the game and still nothing thinking there was something minor involved, appears to some serious shortcomings to this game. I generated a ticket with EA but vertically won't hold my breath for a reply.  

It is appearing this is a real problem from all the internet traffic reporting on this, sure be nice if EA was publicly proactive with some support comments as to a solution.
