Squad size/multi squad teams

I’m not an everyday gamer. I have a job and I play when I can. So I apologize if I’m supposed to know this. I played with a bunch of dudes from work and the amount of people that want to play together is growing larger than the four person party that we normally would play with. is there a way to do multi squad teams or a party chat and have us all still in the same game?
