Phantom bonuses not available on PC (same EA Account, console version purchased)

alright i believe i found a fix 
go on the platform with the tombstone and phantom items unlocked and equip any of them to your load out then join a game and exit dont need to play all the way through 
now on the system that isnt showing the items log in and check to see if it shows the items unlocked 

it worked for me this past weekend 
went on my pc equipped the drop shadow from phantom edition and tombstone lmg skin and then went to my xbox and now they are all unlocked. 
good luck i tried working with EA and they just blamed xbox and passed the buck lol
