player keep dropping my personal info in game chat for 8 months now

Hi i tried sending a message to the community managers but i dont think its gone through. and i couldn't navigate properly where else to send this but this player and a bunch of other keep dropping mine mainly but now also my brother name in chat Defamation and Abusive Chat: Content or chat that is inappropriate, abusive, harassing, profane, threatening, hateful, or defamatory way. Section 6 (Rules of Conduct) of the official EA User Agreement prohibits abusive, hateful, defamatory, or harassing content, as well as activities that violate the privacy of others or attempt to identify users in the real world. Players are explicitly restricted from engaging in behavior that significantly disturbs a peaceful and respectful gaming environment or disrupts another user's experience. Ive had these players blocked since season 1 when we had an altercation. I just want to avoid drama and harassment of this sort nothing personal should be shared in an online game used for 8 months for others to also harass me. legally i will do something if no result is done.
