Please add "Casual Game mode" for squad deathmatch
I want to unlock the cosmetics for my support class but I legit can't match to a single server. The mode is unpopular, likely due to large skill differences in players, because with only 4 players in your squad if you're underperforming you can't really help it.
My ideal casual mode is just to make matching faster, so it's putting 4 players in 1 squad and putting them against 3 bot teams (exp gains and progression reduced but challenge progression allowed). Another fair matchup is 1 player per squad, 3 bots to balance out the specializations, and the bots are tuned up to be better than usual, like fast revives, gadget placements and more competitive shooting skills. At the end of the day, if people don't play the mode and you can't match a game, it's wrong to gatekeep those who do want to play.
Background info, i play in Asia servers, and a fulltime college student, so the times I'm matching at may be effecting my results but I assure you I've waited upwards of 20 minutes to find a squad match and I just want to win 5 times for the skin. I'd even take 0 mastery progression, 0 exp as long as I could get challenges done (but of course I'd prefer both to at least have 50% if im using my time for this)
