Title says it all. I routinely get kicked for some network nonsense (only game that has this issue) and I can't rejoin my friends. Also should add a penalty for leaving early and a way for people to join games in progress to back fill spots.
Also X3... Why isnt squad chat / public chat the norm... I hate having to change my settings every match.

Dota, CSGO, Starcraft, and many MANY other games have had reconnect mechanics. Some for probably over 2 decades. Its pretty simple really. There's a timer which you have X number of minutes to rejoin in. If you don't, you'll get a penalty. Since pausing a game with 100 people in it isn't really feasible, your character would just be standing there... But at least you have a chance of rejoining and salvaging the game for your team.
That 1st line of yours makes little sense... Moving on...
2nd Line... Like what...? Liberals? Also, I'm talking about REDSEC specifically... In a match of which, you obviously have a slot in the match since its fixed. Although, joining a in-progress REDSEC match to fill spots in where people do leave wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Listen dude... I'm not trying to be an **bleep**... But really you need to stop jumping down people's throats. This isn't Reddit. I'm actually trying to improve the game with a suggestion. Considering they added Ranked REDSEC, I think my suggestion is even more valid than it was a month ago. Competitive gaming or sports just in general demand a certain degree of flexibility to the "unknown."
Imagine what the GSL finals would look like in Sc2 if every time someone's mouse, keyboard, or computer froze, they said screw it, and let the other guy continue playing.
disconnect is disconnect. and im quite certain there would already be a mechanic in place for leaving a ranked match since....this is literally not the first ranked game to exist.
so...what im hearing from you is...you want there to be penalties for leaving a casual matchup...becuase you hate liberals. i mean...because you want a free slot open for you to rejoin the game you left...but no penalties for you.
how would the game know if you left by force quitting the game or if you just crashed? doesnt matter to you...you just want people to be hurt on your behalf. typical.
