Please Expand Motion Controls Functionality

The current motion controls are not sufficent to be enjoyable.

1. It is not explained in the game how to enable motion controls, it took me looking up a youtube video to find out how to enable it.
2. There isn't any obvious binding to place a motion control button, having it as a hold function on reload button or touching the touch pad would be nice.
3. Enabling motion controls prevents you from looking with the stick, this has been mentioned on other post but it is unacceptable to some players to be forced into using flick stick.
4. There is no 1:1 motion control sensitive slider, making it harder to match a sensitivity I am comfortable with in games.

There are more issues I likely did not think of, but I didnt even play longer than 10 minutes as these controls were highly unenjoyable. Please bring motion up to par with other first person shooter games.
