People are leaving BF6 to go back to COD. reason for this is because there is no free for all mode! If this mode was added to multiplayer and portal/creator, this would be an absolute game changer!!! Probably going back to COD next week…..

You'll have a lot of blueberries here telling you to go back to COD, but they are just a little forgetful. Since Battlefield 3, we've had this little game mode called "Gun Master". Guess what, it's just FFA with a weapon rotation.
We don't necessarily need FFA, but if it's added to portal, then what exactly do you lose from having more flexibility to design your own game modes?
Nobody I spoke to even played that mode, they only added the mode to try get more cod players, it launched as part of aftermath I think.
Who you spoke to doesn't seem very relevant. It's game mode that people seem to enjoy. It isn't the type of thing that people are going to play as their main game mode. It's just a nice little warm-up before people engage with the larger game modes like Conquest or Breakthrough. So there's no need to assume that this somehow encroaches upon the Battlefield identity.
This whole idea that Battlefield shouldn't be doing anything that could possibly appeal to CoD players, is typical Battlefield tribe mentality. Battlefield isn't that weak of a franchise that it'd lose its identity from having a casual game mode on the side.
There was a version of it in BF2042 if memory serves, so a similar one might get added eventually.
They didnt added private modes at all like in cod me and my friends don't play the game because of that
