Pre Order and Refund ?
Hello, I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 and purchased the game last night. Today, I received a notification to my bank regarding the refund process. Who refunded me even though I did not have a refund process?

Same for me too. Just got the refund notice for pre-purchase a few days ago. Weird
Just happened to me, too. Preordered on the 7th, just got an email saying my refund has been successfully processed. I did not request a refund.
Just dropped a ticket to EA to see what happened, will post results when I get it.
This has also happened to me, got a refund at about 4:00 am this morning. I have sent a ticket as well I'm guessing you've not heard back yet.

Got and update from EA yesterday. They said they're aware this is an issue and the solution is to repurchase the game (if you still want it).
Wow, this has to be a nightmare scenario for EA haha. Couldn't happen to a better company.
