Problem redeeming Bf6 Destruction Receipts code on Bf6

Hello, I hope someone is able to help me.
I participated in the "Bf6 Destruction Receipts" community challenge and finished in the top 100. The official Battlefield X account contacted me via DM a little over a week ago asking for my EA ID. However, I only saw their message today and have just recently provided it. Am I still in time to receive the promised reward? If any manager requires it, I can provide the data to prove that my claims are true.

Do we actually get a reward for this?

I thaught we as a community massively failed to reach the goal they set, because we were too bad.

I was contacted on dm by the official battlefield account on x because I was on top 100 on the leaderboard but after i send my Ea id they didnt replied back :(
