Prompted to upgrade to phantom edition and I already own it?

Ok so I already own the phantom edition of battlefield 6 and yet every time when I log onto my battlefield it still prompts me to upgrade to the phantom edition of battlefield 6 like I don’t already own it.

I don’t know if this is just a temporary bug or if it is just something to do with my system but it really is bothering me, I don’t know what is going on or if it’s being looked at and I don’t really want to pay an additional 30 dollars just to get rid of it considering I’ve already paid the full 100 to get the phantom and I have the skins and everything but the little newsletter in the top keeps showing upgrade now and yet when I go to see if I can get rid of the slide it says that I already own it.

Please help
