PS Servers don't work properly

I was just in a breakthrough 

Each time we play there are 5-10 players at the start.

The server fills up, till full and then at the end of the game we re-start in anew server with 5-10 players again.

Just keep the players in the same server moving along otherwise the PS servers will die.

WE DONT WANT CROSSPLAY WITH PC

PLEASE SET UP THE SERVERS SO WE STAY TOGETHER
