There is a player who is clearly moving suspiciously. Have the reports from PS5 gone through? Please answer
What is the report function even for? You only listen to a handful of players. Is it because I'm a free-to-play player?

Reports in-game are sent to EA's ToS team to investigate and take action if they find that rules have been broken. However, they do not always send an update with the outcome following a report.
