Reaching high tiers in Ranked Mode takes immense hard work, hours of dedication, and high-level skill. Yet, players are losing hard-earned Ranked XP (RP) daily due to severe bugs introduced in the Season 3 update. Getting launched across the map during a revive, dying instantly for no reason, opening empty weapon boxes, and dealing with blinding white or black screens makes competitive play a gamble.
What makes this unbearable is that your support system does absolutely nothing to reinstate or protect the XP lost to these game errors. When your software glitches, the player is punished. We are forced to re-grind for hours just to earn back what was stolen from us by your own unpatched code.
Your philosophy toward customer entertainment and retention is failing. If you cannot provide a stable competitive environment, you must:
- Reinstate lost Ranked XP for players affected by these documented server and physics errors.
- Implement a Loss Forgiveness system that detects when a match is plagued by known physics or lighting crashes.
- Freeze rank decay until a stable hotfix is deployed.
Stop wasting the hard work and time of the community that keeps your game alive. Fix the game, respect your players' time, and restore our lost ranks.
