Red dot color

I am red green color blind and it would be nice if you could change the color of the red dot. I mainly use the 1x red dot and when I zoom in I have a really hard time seeing the red dot as it blends in with a lot of the background colors. I have messed with all the color blind settings and nothing seems to help.

I have same problem, My monitor has a setting that allows me to place a crosshair on the centre of the screen in either green or red, It won't be 100% accurate but you get a general mark for the centre of your sight.
