Redeem Code Not Working?
I just used an EA Redeem Code through my EA Account. It shows that the code was accepted, but its still asking me to pay for the game. Pre-load option not populating until I pay. Please help!

same problem, I restarted the ea app and I can preinstall the game, but it still tells me to buy the game
