Redeemed early access code and cosmetics from Twitch, game still locked

Hi, I redeemed a code and cosmetics on Twitch, my account, Steam and Twitch are all linked to each other but when starting the game everything is still locked, but the code was taken.

is there any steps i can take to be able to play?
