There needs to be some sort of penalty for quitting out instantly when you die. Hell, half of the randos don't even stick around for their free redeploy when they die off the bat. Something like a 15 min lockout if you insta disconnect 2x in a row.

I regularly leave early due to the bugs.
Weapons that can't be picked up, missions getting stuck, falling through the map, getting shot through building walls in dense areas from outside, vehicles clipping, starting with a squad that vanishes, leaves you with an empty plane due to a matchmaking error, sound cutting out, random bright lights that appear blinding you which shine through solid objects, and tonnes more issues.
Redsec is an atrocious failure of a mode, and I'm embarrassed for them for releasing it in this state.
In it's current version, we should be getting paid to play it at this rate.

Yah, they literally hit the ground then disappear sometimes.
Leaves us as a 3 man team in an already hard situation.
