I got an email yesterday about how my refund was failed even though my card and bank account has no problems with it. But while my order history and the email says status failed, my refund tool says my game is still in Refund Pending. And now I just cannot talk to EA support about this issue and they said this is happening to others but I don't want to buy it on steam unless I know I can get a refund or get my game back.
I am also having the same issue. I contacted live support and they said they were aware of the issue and to keep an eye on the forums for updates? But I saw another chain from a month ago where someone responded that they aren't able to access those type of details to provide updates. I just want to know how I can get an update on my refund and get it. The chain I was referring to mentioned they were waiting almost a month and they still haven't heard back.
Exact same issue, is like their servers crashed and can't proccess anything, seen other people here with the same problem, makes me wonder if it's only bf6 related
