Howdy folks. Like many in here I can't launch BF6 without crashing....and EA has failed to acknowledge this in the 'Known Issues'...so I don't know if we should be waiting for a fix/patch or request a refund.
Does anyone know if we are eligible for a refund if we've exceeded the 2 hour limit?
In exchange for our money we got faulty software we can't use and with the company actively ignoring the problem, I'm sure there are grounds for... elevated response.

You can make a refund request:
- within 24 hours after you first launch the game
- within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you haven’t launched the game
- any time before the release date if you pre-ordered the game and haven't launched it yet
If you buy a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can't play it due to technical reasons within EA's control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game instead of 24.

But the amount of people unable to 'continue' playing the game is staggering. Surely these are exceptional circumstances...
I played since day one of release, clocked 98 hours with not a single problem. Now can't launch for weeks and there's no feedback from EA.
