Refund Problem Battlefield 6

Some people said the refund process was very quick, and I saw that. I initiated a refund 8:30 hours ago, but they didn't process it. After the issue was resolved, I tried to cancel my refund, but I couldn't. It's not showing up in my game library, and I'm completely stuck. I'm trying to open a ticket to cancel my refund, but it won't even open. Last night, I waited 85 minutes on live support, but they didn't connect. Now live support is closed, and I can't connect. I can't get a refund, I can't cancel my refund, and the game is gone from my library.

    Guys, I spoke with the support representative for 1.3 hours yesterday. I asked questions about every little detail, even though I already knew the answers, and got responses. I also contacted different teams to get the correct information for my questions, and the refund was just approved and the money arrived in my bank account. Now I've logged into the game on Steam and am playing without any problems.

    Just want to add insult to injury.

    Just saw a post on Facebook from X that they are now compensation folks impacted on EA app.

    Nothing for those of us stuck in refund limbo.

    They should give us a free copy of the game.  They can keep those exp boosters and season pass.

    Seems if they can't keep your money then you are nothing. 

    Except they do have your money and you get nothing.  Not even the game they so gladly took out of your library

    It's really simple to do.  Add the game back to our library and process the refund.  I'm sure there aren't many of us since they aren't publicly acknowledging the issue

    I opened a dispute with Revolut because of this, seriously how can open beta work properly and the final product can't is beyond me

    Checked on the possibility of disputing the purchase with my bank. No luck. I pre-ordered back in July during the Beta. They tell me the transaction is to old to dispute now. Guess I am just screwed.

    Just got the email that my refund has been processed and the money it on it's way. This nightmare is almost over .. will be when I physically have the funds back in my account.

    Off to Steam to buy the game now. Screw buying from EA direct ever again.

    I also got an email saying my refund is on the way.  I cancelled my dispute claim to give it 7 business days to process in good faith. 

    But I ain't never buying anything on the EA app ever again.  Horrible customer service that I don't want to deal with.

    Hopefully the refund goes through so I don't have to deal with their customer service.  I'm sure they don't want to deal with me either and it'll be better for both entities if I never buy from the EA store
