When I submitted the refund request it had me verify my card information. I had to put in my CVV.

Will they send an email or a public notice? or should we take it for granted? And when you say the "refund had been processed"  does it apply to all of us or just your side?

Exactly. There has been nothing publicly posted about this issue, so how do we know it is actually an issue? We are all gathered here experiencing the same thing and being told slightly different versions of the same thing. It is a bunch of garbage. They are pretty much holding our money AND our game hostage.

Yeah, my refund failed but I don't have access to the game.  I also have no way of getting help about my refund.  I was told it was a known issue and there is no fix.  

Just do a charge back from your bank.  I did after they kept throwing NPC scripts at me.  It is EA after all, don't expect good service.  Treat every good service as a surprise and you won't get disappointed.

Now I don't have to deal with their customer support anymore nor would I be playing the game.  This experienced killed it for me and a future expectation on what is to come.

I'll buy it for 75% off if my account isn't banned out of pettiness.

Hey everyone, make sure to check your Order history in your EA account. On mine, it looks like they've attempted another refund retry, which is currently processing.

The first one failed for me. Hours later, it gave me the same thing as you, and it failed again. Now it's "processing" again, for the third time.

I have a second Refund that is now "Processing" in my Order History.
