You’ve removed even more modes from Battlefield 6. Basically, I can no longer play any of the modes I actually wanted—the very ones that made me decide to buy the game in the first place. On top of that, there is absolutely no way to speak to a real person for support; you are ruining gaming. I want a full refund.

TDM is available in the Quickplay tile Flag & Frag, along with Domination and KOTH.

If putting "Refund" in the first box just gives the general guides, try selecting a different but closely matching option.
Well, I actually support that claim. Not going to ask for refund myself, because I play big "core" modes 95% of time, but the whole practice of removing modes is so disgusting, pathetic and greedy that I can hardly believe it. Whoever thought it was a good idea obviously doesn't understand that saving a couple bucks on it will bring a lot more losses in a long run.
The only chance you might have is if you bought the game on steam. They can be surprisingly reasonable when it comes to refund requests.
Just make sure you really specify why you want a refund. If your request is "me no likey game no more, angy, want refund." they're not likely to help you.

If you're not able to get past the bot, you can try https://help.ea.com/customer-care instead. I just tried it and got the live chat option on the second page.
Regrettably, the only people who can handle refunds are EA Help, so it's them you need to speak with.

That link is not helpful at all.
The situation here is, that EA has taken 1/3 of the game away from payed customers. There is no way to request a refund via ticket system.

Unfortunately, this is not the place to request a refund, as nobody here can access game accounts to provide one.
If you're outside the usual time frame allowed (the tool in the guide below can be used to check eligibility), you'll need to try speaking with EA Help to see if they can make an exception. The Contact Us button in the guide below should let you contact them, but you may need to provide details to the bot first of all.
Same I'm so pissed right now. I am very busy in life I have been a big supporter of this game for a very long time I continue to buy pro battlepass but have been on the fence all the time because of all the bugs and fix this break that stuff..... I'm am so disappointed I would play other modes but tdm was my goto. After I had hope of the game getting better with the last patch... You go and do this.. this is the only game I have ever spent money on this is an outrage I want my money back too
I completely agree with you. I’m also not okay with these mode removals, and I have requested a refund as well.
I play all the different modes, even though I have my preferences. But I didn’t pay for the game, the season bonuses and other content just to end up being limited to the modes that are available from today.
I really don’t understand this decision and this is extremely frustrating.
