Regarding the placement of SOFLAMs outside the designated area

While SOFLAMs can be deployed outside designated areas, this mechanic allows players to place a SOFLAM directly behind enemy command centers and immediately lock onto enemy aircraft the moment they take off.
I believe that all deployable gadgets, including SOFLAMs, should either be prohibited from being deployed outside designated areas or be destroyed upon redeployment.
