This Isnt CoD. Get this stupidity out of the game. No its not hard to do, though it is a smidge more dificult on M/k than it is on controller, depending on loadout. but still stupid arcade controls need to go, make the game more realistic. I dont mind slide shooting, those thats not realistic really either, and jump shooting is pretty lame, but slide jump slide... common man. its Idiotic.
Battlefield has always been an arcadey sandbox shooter.

Yea the CoD movement system needs to enjoy a nice ride out to lonely pasture.
It's even better how they actually fixed it for one patch. Patch notes and everything noting what they changed, etc.
Then the next patch they shadow reverted everything without making any notes or telling anyone. They still haven't admitted to it since then.

What the Swedish meatball dev team don't realise is that when MW4 releases, a lot of people are likely just gonna do that. Trying to appeal to the CoD crowd with **bleep** skins, MTX out the **bleep** and gameplay that revolves around who can huff a white Monster the fastest is doomed to fail because the CoD crowd will always just go to the latest CoD, and given how MW4 is potentially looking to move away from the formula that made BO7 such a piece of crap and that let DICE proclaim themselves as "THE BIGGEST SELLING SHOOTER OF 2025" without doing anything....
But, hey, at least we can play against bots when that happens.
The game has so much potential and I love the franchise. Yet how can a game get worse instead of better? They should’ve left it alone at launch. Even season 1 and 2 were solid. This season just feels off. I agree with you 100% how is a soldier with a full kit, armor, and supplies going to be so mobile they can double jump and slide every second. My knees would be done!
