Hi everyone,
If you contact EA Help via the webform in the guide below, there is an applicable report option - it's "game disruption or cheating". I believe there's a similar option in-game, but I'm not able to check right now.

I couldn’t find that option in-game, and let’s be honest, this doesn’t really solve the issue. It only adds more steps to an already bad experience.
Having to open the EA Help website, look up the player’s EA ID, and submit a manual report is just not practical in the middle of a game.
The solution is much simpler: just add a 10-second spawn protection for helicopters at the start of the match. That alone would completely stop this kind of sabotage.

I’m going to report him — will he actually be punished? Who can guarantee he won’t do it again? Trying to fix this without stronger measures is like covering the sun with a sieve. If someone wrecks a 64-player match, there should be a live in-game vote that lets all 32 team players decide the penalty; otherwise there’s impunity — though I know that’s probably impossible.
EA should add technical protections, for example a short invulnerability for important vehicles during the first 5-10 seconds, only in the beginning of the match. That brief protection window would prevent most griefing without harming gameplay.
