Reticle Colors and Other Options

Can we get an option to change our reticle color? I am not color blind but it is very hard for me to see the Red reticles in games. Personally I like a yellow or green reticle because to my eyes it stands out more. Also some of the reticles you can barely see the reticle in the sight, might as well just be looking through a hole.

Also can we get the ability to move the reticle on the rail, some of them are super far away and in a gun fight it is super easy to lose the enemy in the sight picture. It would be nice if we could move it on the rail to where we would prefer.
