revert the nerf on the hardware suppression gadget

there was ZERO mention of this nerf in the patch notes. 15 meters or 20 if zoomed? are you actually joking? this thing was barely used and NOBODY complained about it. now it's not even worth equippin...

I used the thing on like, 1 map, and even then in a very niche use. Now it's worthless, and I'll just go back to using my drone and redeploying to get more drones since no one throws ammo anymore.

What a good change.
