RPG heli at beginning of match
Dice... Please do something about this. Make the heli take no damage until someone has entered it or something. There has to be a solution!

yeah, the ability for folks to attack their own vehicle when it is located inside of their base is really dumb. I get that you may want to blow it up out in the wild (say you see a person get out of the chopper, tank, etc instead of going down with the ship, and you see an enemy running at it, you can blow it up there). But if the vehicle is on its starting position, it should not be damagaeable by the same team. Granted, I imagine an issue with this is that at the start the vehicles are neutral in their alignment, so no different than a vehicle that spawns out in the middle of the map, but there has to be a better way to handle this situation.
I know that this is something that people who wanted old-school BF wanted where the jets and choppers were on landing pads (instead of 2042 where you spawned in mid-air), it's a catch22 for the devs in that regard to prevent trolling.
