RPG Overpowered?

Its pretty much impossible for a single engineer to destroy a tank or IFV on their own. 3 hits to the side with an RPG will not kill a tank. Plus, half the tanks I run into have a full F1-racing style squad of engineers repairing it the entire time. In the beta I was able to kill tanks solo if I managed to get all three shots into the back of a Tank or IFV.
Also, theres literally equipment you can put on your vehicle that scans for mines in the area and pings them. Not to mention they stick out like a sore thumb on their own without the equipment.
back in the BF3/Bf4 days we used to have more than 3 or later if u unlock the M136AT/ Javelin which comes only with 2 rockets
average dmg of these two is 350. the Javelin spiked for me once at 413dmg but its buggy now where the Missile plunged into the Ground after fired 80% of the time ...
However u can kill Tanks solo but its **bleep** disgusting how
sneak up to a vehicle lay one mine, throw greande and switch to ur launcher ...
or attack from above .............
I would trade my second equipment for an bigger backpack which gives me 6+ Rocket any time i spawn or let us build Heal station just like in BF5..
In BF3 we had 9+1 Rockets
in BF4 we had 4+1 as standard
and with the Field Mod we had 6+1 Rockets
