Rush, BT & Escalation only have 6-7 maps, many are missing

Update: DICE announced that the new map Contaminated does NOT come with Rush, TDM, Domination and King of the Hill without listing any reason for it. This is not acceptable.

You deliver one map and then that one map doesn't even come for the most basic core game modes? How can you not deliver a TDM version of a new map? It's mindboggling. This is an all-time low for Battlefield, not only the absence of the most basic features but also the horrendous lack of communication about it.
