Scanner nearby message on cairo/bizzar maps

Maybe someone can help me...on Cairo and bizzar maps, there is a large message on my screen, middle left side which says there is a scanner nearby...question, how do I get rid of it? I turned off HUD messages and it didn't go away.

It's persistant and a pain when in firefights.

The message never went away no matter where I was on the map. I fixed it. I went into HUD and choose 'Advanced HUD and Icon Settings', then scroll down to World Log and turn off 'Show Game Mode Events'
After I did that, the message will still pop up, but then it will close when I move away from the area. Good to go.

Does it happen every time from the beginning of a match, or does the message just not go away after you've left the area of effect? Also, do you have a video of it, so we can see what's going on?

I think it's the jammer being active nearby. The jammer has a short range and it's difficult to actually drop it, so I would look for enemy players when you see this, they may be hiding nearby.
