Season 2 battle pass not compensated to my account
BF6 season 2 battle pass is granted for Phantom edition users on EA app for the outage on Oct 10, but I don't get it yet.
- I am the pre-order phantom edition player.
- I purchased the game with the EA app (PC). I play the game each week.
- I have seen people have no awareness of it and purchase the S2 Battle Pass with their BF coins but I didn't.
- I contacted EA help customer advisor for multiple times and got absolute no help at all. I was told the rolling has ended and all eligible players should received it, implying I am not eligible. I then asked when was the rolling ended and why am I not eligible, is there any hidden requirement for eligibility? They answered nothing and let me come here.
I'm wondering if anyone else who is having the same issue? Or can someone enlighten me there are hidden requirements for the eligibility which I didn't know? (Like I need to be Level 500 to receive it?)
