I feel your pain. I have finally decided that I cannot possibly do all challenges. In fact, one of my Engineer challenges cannot be completed because it is bugged and they haven't yet fixed it. They will fix it, I know that, so in the meantime I just play the game.
I track some other challenges, such as the Season 1 Challenge, because they are something that will just complete... eventually.
Just like other Battlefield games, Battlefield 6 is not a sprint, it is a marathon!
