Self-Refund Fix Lost Me The Tombstone Pack??
So I preordered Phantom Edition since July 31st. I own every single BF game in my account.
At 9am PST (Servers opened at 8am) I wasnt able to login and play, after trying to fix it (repair, uninstall, etc) I decided to try to refund and purchase the game again.
I pre-ordered originally on the EA app, bought again within 20 minutes.
Of course, this removed the Pre-Order Phantom Edition and I ended up buying a post launch Phantom Edition.
Now I no longer have the Pre-order edition with the Tombstone pack.
After chatting with EA Support, all I'm getting is:
"Unfortunately, the pre-order of Battlefield 6 have ended when the game was released."
Even if you guys fix the licensing issues with the game, I won't be able to get my pre-order bonuses.
Is there anyone that can help me with this? EA_Universa EA_Rtas
Literally own all the BF games, participated in private in person testing at EA...if you need further verification.
Apparently the EA Help "Advisors" don't have the ability to do anything or modify your account.
Anyone has any idea of where else I can go? I'm trying EA Help again hopefully talk to another agent that's more helpful.
Honestly, EA help has been really good back in the day when it was Origin. I haven't had to use it since, but it's been awful today.
