bumping my message up. EA Help support apparently does not have the ability to actually change my game version.
I have receipts, confirmations, everything. I refunded to buy again in order to try to fix the EA app licensing issue myself on launch morning and now my game version is the launch version and not the pre-order version.
Any suggestions? I feel like I'm being punished for trying to fix it myself.
