So where are the changes to the challenges?

I thought the adrenaline challenge was being reduced?

I thought the engineer repair was being reduced?

Nothing in the challenges have changed on my game, why is no one even talking about this?  I thought the issues with the challenges was a huge deal to everyone and now people seem silent on the issue.  I don't understand.
