Solo Practice Server

when i purchased this game i was promised that i could practice against bots in my own persistent server solo.
EA Dice has since made it impossible for this to happen because they could work out a way for us to host a server and not gain experience. Just add a button for us to turn off experience and be able to start our own solo server the PRACTICE in.
We were all promised that we could have our own persistent server so we could " PLAY OUR WAY".
This was a blatant lie.
Please fix this garbage asap DICE.
