SPLASH SCREEN- ERROR: 0xc0000604

The game gets to the splash screen then it crashes like clockwork everytime

I have tried almost everything I could find on the forum including the exploit settings fix, the smooth motion fix, the anticheat fix, I have bought the game on steam and ea and refunded on steam because it did not work either. I need help I cannot play the game and EA will not fix the problem and keeps removing my case #. This problem is not solved so dont you dare put solved. 

I HAVE REINSTALLED AND ALSO REPAIRED FILES SO DONT YOU DARE SAY IT.
