Since you made redsec free to play you allowed cheat devs to have more access to your game. More and more cheaters are coming up and its getting to be an unplayable game.

It could also be seen as a way to provide some form of restitution for those who have been wronged. Perhaps a legal framework could be developed to address these situations fairly.
