Tanks & AA abusing Spawn protection on maps needs to be addressed!

They need to address tanks and AA just sitting inside spawn protection all game and never coming out. It's really bad on Blackwell fields with tanks and AA just sitting in Spawn protection all game. You can't fire any missiles or rpg or anti tank at them as it just blows up as it enters there Spawn protection area.

(You can get them if u c4, use mines or repair torch) but as it's out of bounds you only have 10seconds to get them and usally not enough time as by the time u get to them 10 seconds is up) 

I think it should be either reduce the Spawn protection area. Or once they fire at anther enemy they lose Spawn protection on them.

Unfair to have a guy in a tank to far to run in 10 seconds with spawn protection with a 30-0 score and cant take any damage all game caue he's too scared to leave protection or just abusing it.

Please look into this as its making some maps a joke to play getting killed by the same person over and over and nothing we can do to hurt them.
