Still haven’t received beta twitch drops from august

EA Support has not been helpful at all with my tickets or live chats about the issue. i and many others have reported not receiving some/all of our beta twitch drops which twitch told us we were linked to EA which is the only way to claim them on twitch. 

i tried explaining to live’s support that ive only ever had one EA account linked to my xbox gamertag, so when i signed into EA for the twitch link on the twitch app i used the Xbox linked login option and thats what they confirmed linked it it allow me to claim the drops.

fast forward to when the game has come out and 14 live support chats later i still haven’t received any help whatsoever for my imperial soldier skin or mimic weapon package. 

i would like to have the rewards applied to my account or be given a code to redeem them for the account. 

i was going to spend a lot of time and money in this game but not receiving those basic twitch beta drops really killed the mood and hype momentum to play too much or invest anymore money into the game.

if i had the imperial soldier skin i would’ve bought the Flatline skin and the Duty Bound skin and the Breaker elite weapon package ASAP but im hesitant to pay more money to a company with such an abysmal customer support service. 

i have screenshots proving i was linked for the drops and that i claimed them in the time period, yet EA won’t give me the drops and customer support acts like its rocket science to apply the drops to my account or raise the issue to someone on the developers live operations team to just apply the rewards. i didn’t watch 4 hours of twitch and sign in to EA through xbox on twitch to claim the drops for nothing. i wanted those time limited collectables.
